Peace
A life full of frustration and worrying produces anxieties. There is no point in worrying about the things that you can do nothing about. Focus on what matters and draw all your energy to that.
Life is not a bed of roses, there ups and downs. There will be moments where you will be tempted "to park on the road side" in other words, complan or give up. But reality is, the moment one feeds this "emotion" it gains power and in turn demand more of you to give up, a voice starts telling you its too hard, you are not the only, what's the point.., who cares, why bother. This kind of attitude will not bring results. That inner strength and hope is paralised when one allows the flesh (the negative feelings and emotions) to be in control.
While spending time on what I can not change a waste time and loose opprtunities to move on.
What should one do?
Reject what your flesh tells you, whats is putting you down, what is making you anxious, go against what is suggesting that you stop, you should quit, there is no point.
Actually there is a point if you think about it.
For as along as this feeling is continuing to control of you life, many other problems are created.
What if you doubt that thought, what if you challenge those emotions, what if you go against that negative suggestion.
Everything depends on me and you when we make decisions.
What kind of decision will you take today to avoid anxiety and the rest that comes with it.
The apostle Paul said, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus”
(Philippians 4:6-7 NKJV).
