Being Complacent

Complacent Spirit.              
Today i am meditating about the consequences of complacency.
(Isaiah 32, 9-15)
A complacent Spirit bring about lacking and eventually a great set back in ones life.
As a Woman of God from this message have a role to play and i can not wait for someone else to do what i must do or even count on others for that matter. There are times i have been complacent about situations in my life and i can tell you, never did i moved forward an inch, rather in circles because i used to start something and along the way i get complacent with the hardships, which led me to have to start all over again. Why? Even though i had the ideas, the plan, strategies i never manipulated them to the full potential to get the results i wanted.

Bringing this message to my Spiritual life, every time i stop to invest and exercise my faith, i never produce any fruits in whatever i do.  A complacent person does not renew their mind, they tolerate, they accept, they agree/surrender to the situation. In other words, they loose all the power to make things happen.

Women of God, the consequence of being deserted, forsaken, and worse, to be the joy of the world to prey on you yet you had it all to make things happen!
